Dr. Judy Saba is a Cross-Cultural Psychologist, Diversity Consultant, and public speaker with over three decades of experience driving innovation in multicultural engagement, mental health support, and diversity capability. As the Applied Diversity Training Coordinator with the NSW Police Force, Dr. Saba has pioneered strategies that embed diversity skills into core policing practices, enhancing cultural responsiveness and community trust.

A 2010 Churchill Fellow, Dr. Saba’s groundbreaking research has shaped national frameworks for diversity and anti-racism training in policing. Her career highlights include founding one of Australia's first Cross-Cultural Counselling Services, supporting migrants and refugees, and developing specialized programs to address trauma, mental health, and social cohesion.

Dr. Saba’s expertise extends to working with survivors of torture and trauma, mentoring at-risk youth, and promoting culturally sensitive practices across health, legal, and law enforcement sectors. As a trusted advisor, she has presented her insights internationally, influencing policy and practice in Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Dr Saba has held senior positions as a diversity and human rights director in policing organisations in New York, Washington, Beirut, Dubai, London, and Australia.  Recognized for her dedication to human rights, cross-cultural understanding, and community engagement, Dr. Saba's focus has been on fostering inclusive and effective social and institutional change.
